Devon driver crashes after travelling to Coventry for kebab
As well as breaking COVID-rules, he also had no licence or insurance
Police have criticised a driver from Devon who went to Coventry to buy a kebab and then crashed on the M5 at Portishead on the way back.
They say he had his wife and two young children in the vehicle and no licence or insurance.
He has now been reported for various offences including breaking lockdown rules.
On Twitter, ASP Road Safety said:
"RTC on the M5 at Portishead. The driver had no licence or insurance. He had his wife, and 2 young children in the vehicle.
"They were returning to Exeter from Coventry where they had travelled to buy a kebab.
"Driver reported for various offences including the Covid breach."
