Cyclist in critical condition following A38 crash
Police say a man has been arrested

A man is in a critical condition in hospital, following a crash on the A38 in the early hours of this morning (21/06).
Police were called to the scene, near Deep Lane in Plympton just before 3 o'clock this morning.
The crash was between a Hyundai saloon and a cyclist.
We're told the cyclist, who is in his 40's from the mid-Devon area was taken to hospital.
He is in a critical condition.
Another man in his 40s, who was driving the Hyundai, has been arrested in connection with the crash.
He remains in police custody.
Road closures are still in place, as investigations continue. Police are now asking for witnesses to get in touch, and share any dashcam footage from the time of the incident.
