We still don’t know what started the incident on Friday night on Windsor Road in the town’s Ellacombe area.

At its height 12 fire engines were called to help put out the flames and a spokesperson has told us the cause remains 'undetermined' at this time.

Gemma Nicole Fortune, who set up a crowdfunding appeal, wrote: "We literally only have the clothes on our backs. Any help would be gratefully received even if it's just a share. Thank you so much!"
