A former Devon man believes lives like his sister's would have been saved if those in care get more support once they're 18.

Terry Galloway lived in more 100 homes before he became an adult.

His sister Hazel was 33 when she was killed in Paignton in a domestic violence incident and Terry believes she struggled because of a lack of help once she'd turned 18

Plymouth City Council has just become the first in the region to formally agree to extra measures to support adult care leavers - after voting through the change unanimously across all political parties.

Terry wants more authorities to follow suit
