11 year old boy arrested on suspicion of being 'drunk and disorderly'
It follows an incident at a shop in Paignton on Friday
An eleven year old boy's been arrested on suspicion of being drunk and disorderly in connection with an incident in Paignton.
Police say they were called to a shop in Paignton on Friday afternoon (8th December), shortly before 4pm, where it was reported that a group of children were causing damage and being abusive towards staff.
It was further reported that the group had moved to the town centre where they were behaving in an anti-social manner.
A dispersal order was put in place by officers and the group were dispersed from the area.
An 11-year-old boy from Paignton was arrested on suspicion of being drunk and disorderly in a public place. He was later released under investigation whilst enquiries continue.
