Two men charged with firearm offences in Derby

Two men have been charged with firearm offences in Derby.

It's after armed police responded to reports of what appeared to be a firearm on Bracknell Drive on Wednesday afternoon (18th December).

Derbyshire Police say two men were quickly located and arrested, with an imitation firearm found nearby.

Yesterday (19th December) Police charged Reece Wilson, 23, of Crayford Road, Derby, and Jake Faulkner, 26, of Stubble Road, Derby, with possession of an imitation firearm with intent to cause fear of violence and remanded to appear at court.

They appeared at Southern Derbyshire Magistrates’ Court yesterday afternoon where they were both remanded to prison and will appear at court at date yet to be set.
