South Derbyshire teenager avoids jail after pleading guilty to encouraging terrorism

A South Derbyshire schoolboy's avoided jail after setting up a neo-Nazi chat group encouraging fellow teenagers to launch terrorist attacks in the UK.

The 16-year-old wrote encrypted messages on Telegram urging people to bomb London and Dover.

He pleaded guilty to encouraging terrorism, and was handed a 24-month youth referral order.
