Pantomine cancelled due to Covid
Buxton Opera House have called off all remaining performances
Scheduled dates of this year's Opera House panto, Aladdin were first disrupted on Boxing Day after members of the cast tested positive.
Earlier today the venue posted a new message on social media to explain that both of today's shows (11am and 3pm) had been shelved.
Unfortunately now, all remaining shows have also been pulled.
In a statement Buxton Opera House say:
"We would like to apologise to all ticket holders that we will no longer be able to bring this magical show to you, but we hope that you understand the circumstances that we face."
They go on to say that they will be in touch with each ticket holder over the coming days and offering refunds. Plus thank both cast and crew along with audience members for continued support.
