For most, Christmas is a magical time of year but for some it can be tough. This year will be no exception and with the impact of the pandemic some families who were previously managing may find themselves being pushed into poverty.
Mission Christmas is the largest children’s Christmas gift appeal in the UK. Their Mission: to ensure that EVERY child wakes to a visit from Santa. In 2020 £12.7 million gifts and cash were distributed to more than 255,607 underprivileged children across the UK.
This year we’ve joined the mission and become a ‘Mission Christmas Drop-Off Partner’! Being a close, family run business we wanted to do something that made a difference to families at such a special time of year.
If you would like to support the appeal you can purchase a new toy or gift for a child aged 0-18 and drop it off (unwrapped) at our showsite on Chesterfield Road, Duckmanton or our head office on Calow Industrial Estate, Chesterfield.
Every child deserves a gift and with your help they can wake up to a visit from Santa on Christmas morning.
Our staff will also be raising as much money as possible for Mission Christmas, by donating to join in on our Christmas Jumper Day, cake sale and other fun stuff.
