Appeal to trace man and woman as investigation into Chesterfield bus assault continues

Officers investigating an allegation of an assault on a bus in Chesterfield are appealing for a man and a woman to come forward.

CCTV images have been released of the pair and police are keen to speak to them as they could have important information about what happened on the bus in Brimington.

It was between 10pm and 11pm on Saturday 25 February when a man approached a teenage boy on the bus and asked him to turn his music down.

When the boy refused, the man is alleged to have assaulted him.

The boy was then approached by a woman who tried to take his mobile phone before the boy got off the bus in Manor Road, Brimington.
