Derbyshire Police are appealing for witnesses after a car fire in Bamford.

The incident happened on Friday 8 September between 12.15pm to 12.45pm, in a layby in New Road, Bamford.

The fire spread to several other parked vehicles causing extensive damage to them. Officers would like to speak to anyone who was travelling across Bamford Moor between Yorkshire Bridge and Stanedge Edge around the time frame above.
