Appeal after man died in Alfreton crash

Police are appealing for witnesses and drivers with dashcam footage to come forward.

The man, aged 83 and from Alfreton, was pronounced dead at the scene. His family have been made aware and are being supported by officers.

Derbyshire Police say they would particularly welcome hearing from people with dashcam footage that may have captured the incident or the moments leading up to it.
