A small child has fallen from a second floor window in Chesterfield

Emergency services were called at 11am to the Harehill Road area of the Chesterfield where a 20-month-old boy had fallen from a second-floor window.

He is now at Sheffield Children’s Hospital and is receiving treatment for injuries that are not believed to be life-threatening or life-changing.

Police remain at the scene and say enquiries are underway into the circumstances of the incident.
