Police investigate Penrith assault
A man suffered serious injuries
Police are investigating after an assault in Penrith.
Emergency Services were called a car park at the Devonshire Arcade on Friday night.
A man suffered serious injuries and was taken to hospital.
Officers are keen to speak to three women who may have witnessed the incident.
Police were contacted shortly after 7:30pm on Friday (24 Nov 2023) by North West Ambulance services with a report of a man suffering serious injuries in the rear car park of the Devonshire Arcade, Penrith.
The assault is believed to have occurred between 6:20pm and 6:40pm on Friday.
Enquiries are ongoing to fully establish the circumstances of the incident.
Officers are appealing for any witnesses to come forward and are particularly keen to speak to three women who may have witnessed the incident and be able to assist with the investigation.
All are believed to have been in the car park at the time of the assault.
