Barrow man jailed for drug dealing after being caught on bicycle
He was caught on a push bike with cocaine and heroin
A 57-year-old man from Barrow has been jailed for six years for supplying heroin and cocaine across the area.
Peter Barry has been sentenced for two counts of possession with intent to supply drugs and two counts of possession of a Class A drug: heroin and cocaine.
He was also sentenced for failing to attend a court hearing.
The court heard how officers stopped Barrow on a push bike in October 2025 after they received intelligence he was involved with drug dealing.
They searched him despite him initially resisting, and found numerous wraps of brown powder and white powder, identified as heroin and cocaine.
He was sentenced to six years in prison.
