Man charged after assault at McDonald's in Carlisle

A man has been charged with offences, after an incident at McDonalds on London Road, Carlisle, yesterday afternoon (January 7).

Anthony Sheckley, 57, was charged with racially aggravated fear of violence, assault by beating and assault a constable in the execution of duty.

He is to appear at Carlisle Magistrates today.
