The lineup for Kendal Calling has been unveiled this morning.. and it includes the former England footballer Gary Neville.

He's going to be doing a DJ set in the Lake District in August.

This year's headliners include Paolo Nutini and Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds.

The Streets, Paul Heaton with guest singer Rianne Downey, and Keane top the line-up, headlining Kendal Calling.

The festival takes place in the fields of Lowther Deer Park from 1 - 4 August 2024.

Tickets for Kendal Calling went on sale last August, with fans snapping them up in record breaking time.

With demand at an all-time-high and over 60% of tickets sold so far, fans are being urged to get theirs in Friday’s pre-sale to avoid missing out, this will be followed by general on sale on Monday.

This summer, there’s only one place to catch Gary Neville B2B Tim Burgess for a DJ set that is not to be missed.

Tim Burgess said;

"I'm very excited about the prospect of DJing with Gary - he's got great taste in music. Last time we shared a stage was when he joined The Charlatans on guitar. Can't promise we'll be doing any songs together but there might be an impromptu singalong at some point."

Bringing the laughs will be Saturday’s special guest opener is arena comic Russell Howard, plus there’s show-stopping performances from roaring Liverpudlian comedian Paul Smith, Lovesick hitmakers Peace and The K’s.

Andy Smith, Kendal Calling co-founder said,

“After the week we have had, bring on the summer! It is with much joy and excitement we share with you today the biggest Kendal Calling lineup to date.

"From the incredible Paolo Nutini closing the Sunday night and Keane, Sugababes, Paul Heaton & Rianne Downey and Katy B gracing our fields for the first time, joined by old friends Noel Gallagher and his High Flying Birds and The Streets closing the Friday and Saturday night respectively, we have the perfect ingredients for a fantastically celebratory weekend."
