Carlisle have secured fifth spot and a place in the League Two play-offs for the first time since 2017.
United will hope they can turn their form around as they ended the season with just two wins in their last eleven.
A late own-goal from Sutton United defender Kizzi saw Paul Simpson's side rescue a point on the final day.
The Blues, who finished 20th last season, will now travel to Bradford to face Mark Heugh's side in the first leg of the semi-finals, as Carlisle look to return to the third tier after an almost ten-year absence.
