Carlisle chocolatier on a mission to save city's Turkish baths
The city's historic site is at risk of being permanently lost
A Carlisle chocolatier is doing his bit to save the city's Turkish baths.
The historic site is at risk of being permanently lost after the council recently closed the facility along with the James Street Swimming pools.
Castle Chocolates will be selling a Turkish bath inspired chocolate in order to raise money for a viability study for the re-opening of the site.
Owner of Castle Chocolates Keith Tattersall says he wants to play his part in saving a bit of history, and as a local business he wants to help serve the community.
They're using green, yellow and blue on the chocs, the colour scheme at the baths.
