A boy aged 5 has been airlifted to hospital after a collision involving a car in Cumbria.

The crash happened at Ennerdale Road in Maryport around 4.30pm on Sunday (7th May).

A 35 year old woman who was the driver was unhurt say Cumbria police.

Anyone who saw the incident's being asked to contact officers.
