Police investigate hit-and-run in Nuneaton

A car collided with a man outside a nightclub at the weekend

Did you witness a non-stop collision in Nuneaton town centre on Sunday morning (6 August)?

If so, Warwickshire Police wants to hear from you.

A white car was being driven along Bond Gate around 1.20am, when it was collided with an 18-year-old man outside a nightclub.

The driver failed to stop and left the area, while the man was taken to hospital with facial and leg injuries, which are not believed to be life-threatening at this time.

Enquiries are currently ongoing and officers are keen to speak with the driver of the white car, to see if they can help the investigation.

They're also encouraging anyone who was in the area at the time of the collision, who saw the vehicle and the way it was being driven beforehand, or who has mobile phone footage, to get in touch.

Anyone with information or footage can contact them quoting incident number 25 of 6 August.
