Investigation launched after man dies on M6 in Warwickshire

Three vehicles were involved in the collision this morning

Warwickshire Police is appealing for witnesses or information following a fatal collision on the M6 this morning (Monday 28 February).

Emergency services were called at around 7.25am to a report of a three vehicle collision near to junction 3a southbound.

A red Fiat Punto, a white Renault traffic van and a Mercedes HGV were involved.

A man in his 40s was taken to hospital by ambulance, where he was later pronounced dead. His next of kin has been informed.

There were no other injuries reported.

Officers are asking anyone who witnessed the collision or has any information, to call Warwickshire Police on 101, quoting incident number 28 of 28 February 2022.
