Cyclist involved in reported collision in Warwick

Police are appealing for information after a reported collision in Warwick, involving a cyclist.

At approximately 4:30pm on Friday 2 February, the cyclist suffered serious injuries after a car allegedly collided with him on the junction between Emscote Road and Campriano Drive.

The cyclist was taken to hospital for his injuries by ambulance.

An arrest has been made following this incident – a 39-year-old man from Warwick was arrested on suspicion of driving while under the influence of drugs.

He has been released pending further investigation.
