A Coventry man has been charged following a patrol in Nuneaton.

Arron Craig Gregor, of Radford Road, was charged on Tuesday (5 October) with possessing a controlled drug of class B - cannabis and possessing a knife blade/sharp pointed article in a public place.

Gregor was arrested in a car park on Caldwell Court in Nuneaton by officers on patrol after concerns were raised.

Suspected class B drugs, a quantity of cash and a bladed article were seized during the detention.

The 22-year-old was bailed to appear at Coventry Magistrates' Court on 12 November.
