Woman dies after Camelford fire

The cause isn't thought to be suspicious

A woman's died after a fire in Camelford.

Emergency services were called to the High Street just after 6am on Tuesday morning (24th January)

The woman, who was in her 70s, was confirmed dead at the scene, and her next of kin have been told.

The cause of the fire isn't thought to be suspicious, and investigations are continuing.

Anyone with information that might help investigators is asked to contact Devon and Cornwall Police on 101.
