A man who has links to Cornwall and Plymouth is wanted on recall to prison.

Police have issued an urgent appeal to try and find Stephen Minns, who is also known as Stephen Walters.

The 30-year-old was originally convicted for threatening/disorderly behaviour and has had his licence revoked.

Anyone who sees him should call 999 straight away.

"Police are appealing for information to locate 30-year-old Stephen Minns, also known as Stephen Walters, who is wanted on recall to prison.

"Minns, who was originally convicted for threatening/disorderly behaviour, has had his licence revoked.

"He has links to the Plymouth and Cornwall areas.

"Numerous enquiries have been made by police to locate and arrest Minns.

"Officers are now appealing to the public to report any sightings of him."

Anyone who sees Minns, or knows of his whereabouts, is asked to contact police on 999, quoting log number 503 of 7 July 2021.
