It seems Wally the walrus is lingering off the Isles of Scilly and continuing to make himself at home on boats!

New photos have emerged showing the curious creature lounging on the back of a vessel over the weekend.

Jodie and her family captured the above shot from a safe distance during a family holiday.

It comes after Wally was seen making himself comfortable on a rib moored at St Mary's Harbour.

The harbour team tweeted the above post last week, saying they had towed him out to a buoy for peace and quiet.

It comes as marine experts warn people to keep their distance, amid fears Wally is being disturbed.

The Marine Management Organisation is reminding visitors that walruses are protected and they should not approach him.

Over the last month or so, Wally, who would normally call the Arctic his home, has been spotted in Wales, near Padstow and now around the Isles of Scilly.
