TWO arrested following 'serious assault' in Bodmin - including 16-year-old boy

Two people have been arrested following what police have descibred as a serious assault in Bodmin.
Officers were called to Priory Road on Monday night, where a man was found injured in the street.
They said he had suffered a stab wound and was airlifted to hospital, but has since been discharged.
Devon and Cornwall Police are appealing for witnesses and anyone with dashcam footage to come forward.
A 16-year-old boy and a 20-year-old man have been arrested and released on bail, pending further enquiries.
"Detectives from Bodmin CID are continuing to investigate the serious assault that occurred on Priory Road, at approximately 10.15pm, on Monday 24th May and are appealing for witnesses.
"The police are appealing to any members of the public who may have witnessed the incident, or who may have been travelling within vehicles along Priory Road, Bodmin, between 9.30pm and 10.30pm, to get in touch.
"The victim of the assault has been discharged from hospital.
"A 16-year-old boy, from Bodmin, has been arrested on suspicion of assault occasioning grievous bodily harm and has been released on police bail to return on Tuesday 22nd June, pending further enquiries.
"A man, aged 20, from Bodmin, has been arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm with intent and has been released on police bail to return on Tuesday 22nd June, pending further enquiries.
"Police are appealing for any witnesses, anyone who has any information or may have relevant dashcam footage to contact them by emailing 101@dc.police.uk or calling 101, quoting crime reference number CR/42232/21.
"Alternatively, information can be passed anonymously to Crimestoppers on 0800 555111 or via the charity's website at www.crimestoppers-org.uk".
