Three more people charged after death of young man at Cornish beauty spot
Two men are already accused of murder after 22-year-old Callum Hill was found with serious injuries at Kit Hill near Callington
Two more men and a woman have been charged following the death of a young man at a beauty spot in Cornwall.
Callum Hill from Plymouth was found with serious injuries at Kit Hill near Callington last March.
The 22-year-old died two days later.
Andrew Hatrey, 38, from Callington, and Kristian Humphries, 30, from Gunnislake, were charged with murder and remanded in custody last week.
27-year-old Alexander 'Billy' Humphries from Callington appeared at Truro Magistrates Court on Thursday 28th January, where he was charged with assault causing grievous bodily harm with intent against Hatrey and conspiracy to commit violent disorder.
Daniel Humphries, 24, from Callington, was charged with conspiracy to commit violent disorder and Terri Underwood, 40, from the village of St Ive in East Cornwall, was charged with perverting the course of justice.
All three have been bailed to appear at Truro Crown Court on Monday 22nd February for a preliminary hearing, alongside Andrew Hatrey and Kristian Humphries.
