THREE cyclists seriously injured following collision on main road to Truro
Police have confirmed a driver has been arrested after the incident on the A390 at Probus

Three cyclists are seriously injured after a crash on the main road between Truro and St Austell.
They were caught in a collision with a car on Thursday night, that closed the A390 for several hours.
Police, paramedics and the air ambulance rushed to the scene on the Probus Bypass.
Devon and Cornwall Police say a male driver was arrested and is helping officers with their enquiries.
Anyone who saw what happened just after 7.15pm on 16th September is being urged to come forward.
"At approximately 1917 hours on Thursday 16th September 2021, police were notified of a road traffic collision on the A390 Probus bypass.
"The collision involved a white Vauxhall Insignia car and 3 pedal cyclists, all heading towards the Truro direction.
"The pedal cycles and car have collided resulting in serious injuries to the cyclists.
"Police officers from patrol sections, the Alliance’s Armed Response and Roads Policing Teams attended the scene and commenced an investigation working to establish the cause of this collision.
"One male was arrested and is assisting police with their enquiries.
"Police are appealing for any witnesses who were in the area at the time of the collision or may have dashcam footage of the A390 between Probus and Tresillian between 7pm and 7.30pm.
