The police station in St Ives has been put up for sale, with a guide price of £850,000

The old building, just off the narrow street behind the town's cinema, is listed on the market with Bradleys Estate Agents.

The Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner has reportedly said it is no longer suitable for 'the needs of a modern police service'.

Bradley's has described the property as an "exciting opportunity" for development, but offers are subject to approval from the police's agents.
