Safety warning following several reported rock falls in Cornwall
Beach-goers are being urged to stay away from areas close to cliff edges and directly underneath

A safety warning has been issued following after multiple small rock falls around Cornwall's coast.
The council says it has received several reports following heavy weekend over the weekend.
Beach-goers are being urged to avoid areas near cliff edges or directly underneath.
It comes as the Met Office predicts more downpours throughout the week.
Its South West forecast states: "Staying unsettled with sunshine and showers throughout. Showers potentially heavy at times with brisk winds, hail and thunder, leading to the risk of some localised flooding".
Tweeting on Sunday, Cornwall Council said: "Anyone visiting beaches are advised to avoid the area either near cliff edges or directly underneath cliffs to ensure they are not caught by any sudden falls".
The warning follows an incident at Mother Ivey's Bay near Padstow a few weekends ago, with Coastguard crews saying a 'significant' slab of rock fell and narrowly missed people below.
In a post, Padstow Coastguard Rescue Team wrote: "We would like to point out that erosion and rock slides don't only happen on the cliff face, they happen at the cliff top as well.
"We regularly give safety advice to folks standing on the edge of 100FT+ cliffs taking in the view (or taking selfies).
"A great photo isn't worth the risk of a significant fall from height onto rock... stick to the marked path. If you are tempted by the sight of an old path on the other side of a fence, always remember that the fence is there for a reason! Stay safe".
