Rosie's Kitchen in Bude to reopen following fire
They've confirmed that the blaze back in January was a deliberate arson attack
A Cornish café that had to close due to a fire earlier this year will reopen next month.
Rosie's Kitchen in Bude say they will be returning in mid-March with a fresh new look and menu.
A blaze broke out there back in January and it has since been confirmed that it was a deliberate arson attack.
In a statement on Facebook, they said: "Hey Bude and beyond! Sorry we’ve been so quiet on our socials, as you can imagine we have been very busy sorting out the fire damage.
"Good vibes and great food are just around the corner! We’ve been working super hard behind the scenes to bring you a better Rosie’s than ever!
"We're thrilled to announce that Rosie's Kitchen, your favourite beach café, is reopening mid-March with a fresh new look and menu!
"We've been working hard with the insurers and the forensic fire investigators who confirmed a deliberate arson attack.
"Get ready to tantalize your taste buds with our spectacular new menu offerings! Don't worry, all your favourite dishes, drinks & faces will still be here! We really can’t wait to see you all again, it’s been too long!"
