It is because of damage to overheard power lines in Berkshire on Monday

We are being warned of "significant disruption" for rail passengers travelling to London from Cornwall and the South West.
No trains were able to move in or out of Paddington for around 24hrs, because of damage to overhead power lines in Berkshire.
The issues caused thousands of mourners to miss the Queen's funeral, including those on a special early train from Penzance.
The damage near Hayes and Harlington station caused ALL lines to and from Paddington to be blocked from 6.30am on Monday, causing severe disruption for mourners travelling to London and Windsor in Berkshire.
Some resorted to watching the funeral proceedings on their mobiles, as they were stuck on trains and platforms.
Many passengers were advised to change trains at Reading, leading to long queues of people at the station on Monday night.
Network Rail had expected disruption to continue until lunchtime on Monday, however while the affected line has reopened, they have said delays and cancellations are possible until the end of the day.
GWR's latest update states: "Following significant damage to the overhead electric lines between between Paddington and Slough earlier yesterday (Monday 19th September), lines have now reopened although there is still significant disruption.
"Customers travelling between London & Reading should travel to/from London Waterloo, using South Western Railway services to/from Reading.
"Customers can also use Chiltern Railway services between Oxford, Banbury, and London Marylebone.
"If you require any further assistance or information please speak to a member of train crew or Station Staff. Alternatively please use station help points where provided".
Passengers with tickets dated for Monday 19th September can use them on Tuesday 20th.
