Pony dead and two seriously injured in Liskeard crash

Two men have been seriously injured after a horse trap and car collided in Liskeard.
Emergency services were called to the A390 near the Twelvewoods roundabout at around 6:55pm on Wednesday.
The men, aged 19 and 28, from North Cornwall, were riding the trap and taken to hospital.
The pony died from its injuries.
Police are now investigating and are appealing for information, including dashcam footage, and witnesses to come forward.
