Police officer charged with misconduct in north Cornwall
The PC is due before Exeter Magistrates' Court
A constable from Devon and Cornwall Police has been charged with misconduct.
PC Christopher Wilson will appear at Exeter Magistrates' Court on Wednesday 28th October.
The 43-year-old is charged with misconduct in public office.
This relates to an incident at Launceston, Cornwall, in December 2018.
PC Wilson is currently suspended from duty.
