A Cornish mental health and wellbeing charity says it'll have to close - unless it can raise two hundred thousand pounds by the end of the month.

Sea Sanctuary in Penryn says it's facing the stormiest weather it's ever experienced, after spending cuts and the cost of living crisis began to bite.

The charity provides mental health and wellbeing support on water, with the help of two vessels, a historic tall ship and a Dutch coaster.

It provides sailing programmes, community wellbeing groups, and individiual therapy.

But it says the cost of living crisis and spending cuts means it's facing the stormiest weather it's even had to deal with.

The charity says, "Many of the people we support are suicidal, and the result of our services ceasing to exist would be catastrophic. This is your opportunity to make a difference – By supporting our emergency appeal, you are ensuring the continued provision of innovative, Blue Health mental wellbeing support for the people of Cornwall.
