The partner of a veteran from St Austell who has been missing for a week has issued fresh appeals to bring him home, saying it is killing her not knowing where he is.

Veteran Anthony Haley has not been seen since last Wednesday morning (22nd September).

Police, HM Coastguard crews and specialist search and rescue teams have been searching round the clock.

Appeals to find Anthony, who is former Royal Navy, have had thousands of shares but there is still no sign of him.

The 42-year-old's family, including daughter Tanisha and her brother Reece, say they will not give up.

Anthony's partner Leeann shared an emotional post on social media on Monday, describing him as her world: "I love you with all my heart baby, Missing you so much please come home it’s been too long now. It’s killing me not know where you are. Please get in touch with me or anyone just to let us know your okay.

"Please if anyone has seen heard or has any information about Anthony Haley contact me or the police with log number 622

"This man is my world and means the world to me and his family we are doing everything in our power to find him and get him home safe.

"We will not stop until he’s home and I thank everyone so far who has shared his photos/posts and been out involved in the searches and continued searches to find him.

"Please keep sharing please keep looking and again I thank everyone for your support".

Posting on Facebook last night (Tuesday), Leann added: "Please handsome come home we are worried sick about you. Or contact anyone to let us know you’re okay.

"I just want to see your face not a picture, I want to hear that laugh of yours and see that amazing smile you have that is so contagious that you lighten up the room and everyone around you when we see it.

"We are all here for you my love and we will not give up until we find you.

"I love you so so much you’re my world, my rock and i am yours, missing you baby with all my heart just please get in contact with us".

Anyone who sees Anthony or who has information as to his whereabouts is being urged to contact police by calling 999, quoting log 622 of 22nd September.
