A parking space in a small garage in Cornwall has gone up for sale for a staggering £99,950.
The spot at The Digey in St Ives is reportedly Britain's most expensive parking space outside London.
Close to Porthmeor Beach, it is listed with estate agents Harding Laity and described as an 'ideal undercover parking space'.
It is not the first time a space in the town, where parking is at a premium, has sold for a high price.
In June, a single patch in a carpark overlooking Porthminster Beach went for £45,000.
The description on Harding Laity's website reads: "This undercover parking space is situated in The Digey, right in the heart of the popular fishing quarter known as 'Downlong'.
"The Tate, Porthmeor Beach, coastal path, Fore Street and the Harbour are all within a short walk of this perfectly positioned parking space, removing the hassle of limited parking during peak seasons and providing a shelter from the coastal winds in the winter.
"The parking space is accessed through the electronic wooden doors as shown in the photograph.
"The Digey Garage is situated near to Bumbles Tea Room at one end of the street called The Digey. The electronic doors open outwards. There is a light switch just inside if needed together with natural light within.
"An ideal under cover parking space".
