It is understood that five vehicles have been involved in a crash on Cornwall's A30.

The collision happened on the westbound carriageway between Victoria and Indian Queens and the road was closed in both directions.

Emergency services were called to the scene and officers confirmed they were called to reports of a single-vehicle collision.
