Motorcyclist sustains serious, life-threatening injuries in A30 crash

Police are appealing for witnesses following a crash on the A30 in Cornwall.

Officers were called to the eastbound carriageway at Chiverton Cross flyover at around 7.34am on Sunday (2 June).

It was reported that the collision involved a blue Kawasaki motorcycle.

The rider of the motorcycle, a male in his 70's from the Redruth area, sustained serious life-threatening injuries and was taken to hospital by Air Ambulance.
