More drugs wash up on Cornish beaches

The packages, thought to contain drugs, will now be tested by police

Devon and Cornwall Police are investigating after packages containing suspected drugs washed up on shorelines along Cornwall's south east coastline.

Officers attended and the packages have been collected for examination and testing.

A spokesperson for the force says there will be an increased presence in coastal areas whilst enquiries.

The advice If you find a suspect package is to not pick it up - and to call police on 999.
