West Cornwall Search and Rescue Team (SARS) were called upon by Devon and Cornwall Police in the search to find her.
"Despite having no ‘official’ missing person to search for, the team searched residential areas and rights of way in case the female hadn’t made it home or to a place of safety.
"National Police Air Service and a Police dog team were also deployed to cover more ground.
"By mid-afternoon, we were informed that the female had been located, so team cas-carers were deployed to make an initial medical assessment.
"With most of the team stood down, some members continued to search for the female’s belongings in Trevaylor Woods, Once the female had been passed into the care of SWAST, the remaining team members stood down and returned to base to clean and sanitise the vehicles and kit in preparation for the next call-out."
