Police say a man, missing from the Midlands, for almost two weeks has links to Cornwall.

Officers in Stoke on Trent have issued a fresh appeal to find Edward Porter.

The 61-year-old was last seen the Thursday evening before last (March 3rd).

Now Staffordshire Police have shared two new CCTV images of Mr Porter, in the bid to try to find him.

They have also tweeted to say that he has links to Newquay, as well as Leek and Blackpool.

Posting on social media, Staffordshire Police said: "Detectives searching for missing man Edward Porter have released new CCTV footage.

"Edward, aged 61, was last seen on Thursday 3rd March in Stoke-on-Trent.

"At around 8.10pm he was captured on CCTV at Bargain Booze Plus in Stone Road.

"He was wearing a green parka coat with a patterned jumper underneath, black tracksuit bottoms with three yellow stripes down each leg and a distinctive Stoke City FC woolly hat.

"Detectives are asking anyone with relevant CCTV or dashcam footage from Stone Road and the surrounding areas to get in touch.

"Anyone who has seen Edward or has information about his whereabouts is asked to contact us quoting incident 333 of 5th March".
