Man suffers potentially life-changing injuries following crash in Liskeard
Police are appealing for witnesses to come forward

A man in his 70s has sustained possible life changing injuries following a crash in Liskeard.
Devon and Cornwall Police and South West Ambulance were called to Dean Street at 5.30pm on Tuesday 22 December to a collision involving a vehicle and a pedestrian.
As a result of the collision, the pedestrian sustained head injuries which are considered to potentially be life changing. He currently remains in hospital.
Officers from the Alliance Roads Policing team also attended and the road was closed for a number of hours whilst examination and recovery took place.
The force are now appealing for witnesses and are asking for anyone who may have been in the area at the time of has dashcam footage to get in touch.
"On Tuesday 22nd December 2020, Police were called to a Road Traffic Collision on Dean Street, Liskeard, Cornwall. The collision involved a single vehicle and a pedestrian.
"Police attended the scene along with South West Ambulance. As a result of the collision the pedestrian, a man in his 70s, sustained head injuries considered possibly life-changing. He remains in hospital at this time.
"Officers from the Alliance Roads Policing team also attended and the road was closed for a number of hours whilst examination and recovery took place.
"Anyone who witnessed the collision or may have been in the area at the time and may have dashcam footage are asked to contact police on 101, quoting log number 682 of 22/12/20."
Spokesperson, Devon and Cornwall Police
