Man seriously injured in gas explosion

A man's in hospital with life-changing injuries after a gas explosion at an address in Cornwall.
Police were called at 6.45pm on Sunday 12 May to Delaware Road, Drakewalls, following a report of a suspected gas explosion at a property.
Emergency services attended the scene where one person was found to have sustained life-changing injuries.
The man, in his 40s remains in hospital being treated.
Police say emergency services remain at the scene, and a 100m cordon is in place.
