Man charged following reports of serious assault in Bodmin
The 29-year-old is due at Truro Crown Court next month
A man has been charged following reports of a serious assault in Bodmin.
Police were called to Rhind Street in the town last Wednesday evening (21st July).
A man in his forties was taken to hospital.
Now officers have confirmed that a 29-year-old man of no fixed address in Liskeard is accused of wounding with intent and being in possession of an offensive weapon in a public place.
He appeared before Bodmin Magistrates’ Court on Friday 23rd July and is due to appear before Truro Crown Court on 17th August.
