Male motorcyclist dies after collision in Looe

A male motorcyclist has died after a single-vehicle traffic collision in Looe.
It happened shortly before 11am on the A387 Polperro Road yesterday.
The collision involved a Honda CBR 1000.
Local police officers as well as officers from the Alliance Roads Policing Team attended the scene and a full investigation took place. Once a forensic investigation had been conducted the road was re-opened.
Devon & Cornwall Police have thanked the public for their patience while they investigated the scene.
Police are appealing for any witnesses who were in the area at the time and who may have dash camera footage, to telephone 101 quoting Log 323 of 10th June 2023.
