The results are in for Cornwall in the biggest set of local elections for almost half a century.

We now know who will be representing the areas we live in on Cornwall Council.

Votes have been cast in the 2021 local elections.

The Duchy has also been deciding on town and parish councils, with those ballots to be counted on Saturday.

The result of the race for Devon and Cornwall's Police and Crime Commissioner will be declared on Monday.

Because of boundary changes, 87 councillors have been elected to Cornwall Council, down from 123 at the last election.

Counting in those elections started at 10am on Friday 7th May.
