Helen Glover's husband and children have been on an adventure to celebrate her Olympic comeback.
Steve Backshall has shared adorable photos on social media of him taking their three-year-old son to visit the golden post box in Penzance.
It was painted in honour of the Cornish Olympian's victory at London 2012.
Photos show little Logan running towards it and giving it a big hug as his mum competes in Tokyo 2020.
"Took the trio on a little adventure to see Helen’s gold post box, and try and explain a bit about this crazy journey.
"Logan ran down the street to cuddle the post box and tell it how proud he is of mummy… the first race was not what we hoped, but she’s in the semis, now scheduled for Weds about 4.20am UK time.
"Huge thanks to Penzance knitting nannas for the artwork!"

Helen will be competing in the semi-final of the women's pairs on Wednesday.
